Hi All,I'm facing the issue when i try to add some custom class and section tag by using the source edit option , I am trying to edit the HTML in the RTE Field and Modify the tags and adding the section tag. once i close the source edit option and then reopen the dialog, section tag is getting vanished what is the problem in that how i can resolve this one.Before Saving the HTML in Source Edit<section class="class-test-one"> <div class="class-test-two"> <h1 class="fs-24">Test</h1> </div> </section> After Saved and reopened the dialog<div class="class-test-two"> <h1 class="fs-24">Test</h1> </div> RegardsNandheswara

Hi all      As per https://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/filter.html update  filter is deprecated and we need to use update_properties instead. But this doesn't work . When we replacfe this filter, the build fails with an error which says No enum constant org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.fs.api.ImportMode.UPDATE_PROPERTIES .  Does any one know how we can solve this issue ?   Thanks Veena

Hi, As a DAM librarian I have been auditing the repository. I have moved hundreds of images to various folders within the DAM. Now it appears that some websites have have missing images in their card component, or generally on the website. I am not a website expert so I can only assume the links are broken.  Question - is there some sort of a scanner or process which can run a check on websites on AEM for missing / dead link images? This would help me restore the images into their original location or fix the issue of missing images on the websites.  Many thanks

Below is the scenarioOn pageA I have a text component as in below heirarchy.Container -> Container -> Text.And on pageB I have text component on Container -> Text.I have written a fulltext query to search a keyword. It should return me all the pages that has that keyword. AEM returns me pageB but not pageA as the keyword is inside the nested container.Fulltext Querytype=cq:Pagepath=/content/demofulltext=herbsfulltext.relPath=.Please advise.

In AEM 6.5.22, the translation integration framework (translation cloud services) has a field called 'Disable Update-Only Translation' (shown below). Requirement: I have a form in the publish environment, and upon submission, I need to create a .txt file in the author environment.Current Solution:I created a technical account ID through the Developer Console in the Integration tab, tuned the JWT token, and was able to successfully hit the author environment.However, as the JWT token is nearing expiry, I am transitioning to OAuth Server-to-Server authentication. To do this, I selected the project and Cloud Manager API, created an account, and generated a new token.Issue:When I attempt to hit the author cloud URL, I am receiving a 401 Unauthorized error. Question:The technical user account was not created in the author's environment. Hi all,I have a problem withgranite/ui/components/endor/actionbarthrowing a console error (see images below), but I cannot find the location where the actionbar could or should be implemented to fix the problem. Hello guys ,I am trying to use Pdfviewer component in my AEMaaCS sandbox instance but even with all configuration given here  and here  component is not showing on page without any error in console and error-log , below are the steps I have done - 1) ClientId generated for publisher domain site from here and added in com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.internal.services.pdfviewer.PdfViewerCaConfig under /conf/<mysite>/sling:configs . 2)  /conf/<mysite> has been added as a value for key sling:conf and sling:configRef  (tried with both ) in /content/brandpage/jcr:content . 3) Overlayed  Pdfviewer component with  sling:resourceSuperType with value as core/wcm/components/pdfviewer/v1/pdfviewer and allowed it in page template . 3) Overlayed  Component is added in page under /content/page1/page11/page111 . 4) Pages are published .  Can anyone please help me ?

For a requirement on which data needs to be displyed from the csv file (this may be updated at times) from dam folder on searching of ID from Which is having a14k records. Triggering a servlet on search and putting records into a Map and displaying it by below idMap.containsKey(id) and giving the response back. As if the request are getting more the server is getting high cpu. Any solution can be applied in this scenario. 

Hi Team, We have requirement to remove all the allowedComponent list from the page sling exporter, there are more than 50+ custom SPA components due to that model.json size is larger. In 6.5 version, is there any way to ignore allowedComponents ? Thanks for the help in advance!!

Hi All,We have currently migrating from AEM 6.5 to AEM cloud.As the AEM cloud uses UTC time (and that can not be changed), when using cron expessions - we have scheduled it in UTC time so that it executes in the desired time in our timezone.Ex: if we have to run a job at 10AM Pacific time (Seattle) --> we have used a cron expression (scheduler expression) to execute at 6PM UTC (as pacific time currently is UTC-8)Question: People who moved to AEM cloud, how are you working with Daylight saving time for cron? Pacific time is UTC-8 for few months and UTC-7 for few months. How do you get a job to execute as a specific time with or without daylight saving. Please let me know how can this be achieved or any alternatives you have used.ThanksDinesh

Hi,      We have started seeing this recently where when we create a content fragment under a specific path it starts index update with below pattern and keeps on looping and does not stop. Hi,    I am having trouble with redirecting visitors to an error page that is located within the dispatcher itself. The use case for this would be to send visitors to a very general error page when AEM is entirely down/maintenance is in progress. I have read elsewhere in other posts that the best way around this would be to place an html error page within the dispatcher.    The DispatcherPassError is set to 1 in the vhost. We also have localized error pages set up and working great. My issue is when I create the html file within the Dispatcher, and route the dispatcher to this file on 404, I get a Not Found with this message: "error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."   It is very possible I am placing the html file in the wrong location as well. Could someone assist with best practices on what directory this error file should reside within the dispatcher, or send a link to some documentation on this specific tasks? &nbs

I am creating a Header component for my site, and would like the authoring experience to mimic the AEM Sites "Tab" component. The content author would put down the primary header component, and then place inside of it's parsys a number of flyout components. Only one flyout is expanded by default in edit mode, and the content author has the ability to toggle which flyout is currently visible for editing purposes. In this case, my "Header" component is analogous to the "Tabs" component, and the "Flyout" component is analogous to the "Panel" component. I already have the markup and css worked out for the header. Now I'm porting it to AEM and making it authorable. Should I:Copy the out of the box Tabs component and rename all occurences of "tab" with "header"Create a new component called "Header" and set it's sling resource super type to the Tab componentSomething else?? I am basically looking for advice on the best and easiest way to achieve the editing experience of t

We are using Asset Share.  Our search results component pulls assets from 2 different asset folders - we'll call them FolderA and FolderB.  Each of these folders has been assigned permissions via Closed User Groups.  The permissions are assigned like this: FolderA has 3 Closed User Groups - Group1, Group2, Group3. FolderB has 2 Closed User Groups - Group1, Group2. All of a sudden, we are getting an error upon login only for users who are assigned to Group3 (in other words they don't have permission to view assets in FolderB). On the front end we're seeing this: In the logs I am seeing the same query regardless of whether a user is assigned to Group3 or not.When it is a user assigned to Group3 who logs in, the logs show this and the site displays the error above (because the search is not returning results):Index-Traversed 10000 nodes with filter... Hi, We have a content fragment, and there are multiple content fragments referred to within this content fragment. I have a workflow that runs on the content fragment. Now, when a workflow is triggered on the main content fragment, I need to run the workflow on the main content fragment and also on all the referenced content fragments within it. The workflow involves multiple groups reviewing and approving the content. What is the feasibility of reviewing multiple payload previews within a single workflow for the review/approval process? TIA.@estebanbustamante  @arunpatidar
