Indexing in AEM - Indexing modes and Index types

Abstract:

Indexing is the key for the queries to perform better. Based on the way Oak indexes the content(behind the scene), indexing modes are defined. Major index types available are Property Index, Lucene Index, Solr Index which works based on the indexing modes.
