InstalledPackageHealthCheck

Dear Team,

I have seen the configuration com.adobe.granite.packages.hc.impl.InstalledPackageHealthCheck in AEM 6.0. Am really not sure about this health check functionality. But can someone tell me how this can be acheived in AEM 6.4?
