Integrating CQ5.5/6 with SiteCatalyst. Has anyone met any login problems lately?

I was wondering if anyone have been experiencing login verification issues when trying to integrate SiteCatalyst with CQ5.5

Lately, I have issues doing so. The credentials are correct and works if used on SiteCatalyst. Web Services component was turned on for that account.

However when the login credentials were entered into CQ5.5, verification wasn't successful.

What could be the cause of it?

      Hi, thanks. I went to the thread and it seems like the only resolution suggested was to log a support ticket, which my team did. It has been a week and there have been no replies. Thus I am wondering if it is a common issue.
