I was given the following link but am unable to download.

For AEM as a Cloud or 6.5 with license, please reach-out to Sales team for this:

They can provide you a trial version link. If your company is partner with Adobe then you can request AEM trail version in SPP portal with your official email. Adobe will provide AEM trail version link with licence key.
