I would like to link from an article to a different collection. Is that possible?

We do not currently support hyperlinks to collections. You can link back to the first collection in the top level collection ("home") by using goto://ApplicationViewState/library.

If you're in an article - is there a command for back to Collection Browse page instead of the main browse page?

Yes, it's something on our list of things we'd like to add down the road.
