jcr:lastModified & jcr:lastModifiedBy is not updating

Hi All,

In few of my pdf documents  jcr:lastModified & jcr:lastModifiedBy is not updating. For many documents these properties are updating. Both these properties i am looking at jcr:content node.

Could anyone please help why this weird is happening. I am using AEM 6.0

    Hi Pradeep,

    The workflow "DAM Set last modified date" sets the date.  Assets where you are having issue might not have a metadata property dc:format and hence the issue. Ask the agency who created the asset to ensure created properly.     If no issue at agency creating assets you should find why workflow is failing or not calling. Hope you get a direction to debug..  Otherwise report the case to official support team.
