jcr:title translation in editor mode

Is it a bug that the jcr:title isnt translated when you hover over the component?

Its translated correctly in the sidebar but when i hover over it on the page it always displays the english text.

Im using AEM 6.3 and most of the authors are not native english speakers and would like to have the translated text instead.

If want to translate any property in MSM framework, it should be specify in /etc/workflow/models/translation/translation_rules.xml

Prince is correct . The jcr:title including some other properties are not translated by default while rollout. If you want to override the same, follow the steps provided in the link by Prince.
