Launch web content in-app browser

Hi,

Is there a way I can launch local web content in the Viewer Browser as apposed to having it displayed in a box on my page or placed inside an MSO that's launched via a button? I understand DPS 2015 doesn't have HTMLResources options, but is there a workaround without hosting the content remotely?

Make the HTML an actual .article file using the HTML article bundling tool and then link to it via a navto:// URL on your page.

Make the HTML an actual .article file using the HTML article bundling tool and then link to it via a navto:// URL on your page.
