Anyone managing Brand Guidelines from Assets or Brand Portal out there. If you are, I would love to hear from you.

Hi @fabianaba

  • Use Experience Fragments in AEM to create flexible, reusable sections for guidelines (like logo usage, color palettes, etc.).

  • Leverage Brand Portal to provide external teams (agencies, partners) with secure, self-serve access to the most up-to-date brand assets.

  • Ensure metadata tagging is consistently applied for easier asset discovery.

  • Automate expiry notifications and version updates of brand assets using AEM workflows.

Regards,

Karishma.

Hi @fabianaba

Not sure if you are setting up this new or looking to implement this on an existing setup. If you are starting new, you could also explore using Content Hub - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/content-hub/product-overview for this purpose.

Thanks

Narendra

Hey @3131222

Thank you for the reply. I am aware of Content Hub, I should have said that I am still using AEM Managed Service 6.5 and BP, and so, for now I am only interested in others set up with the same version. But I appreciate the nudge. 🙂

Thanks,

Fabi
