Maximum number of segments in a camapign

What is the maximum number of segments that can be used in a camapign without performance impacts ?

As mentioned by Scott,

There is no set limit for number of segments, but adding them in numbers will impact website's performance.

We need to use them wisely. It is same as we can use as many components in the page, there is not limit for them as well.

If you have to create multiple segments for your use-case them try to merge multiple into one to optimize the page.

There is no max number of segments you can use. Performance all depends upon factors such as the power of the server you use to run AEM, etc,
