Multifield with ARROW in TOUCH UI

How can i have arrows as shown in screenshot in TOUCH UI multiflield?

Hi,

It is available OOTB. Instead of clicking on arrow you need to move row up or down using MoveUpDown icon.

If I'm able to understand it correctly, you require a nested composite multifield.
