"No component info loaded" Not able to see the component information

I normally use Developer mode to check the load time.

But when I am checking in my qa or pre prod mode I am unable to see the component information 

 

Has anyone faced a similar issue. How to resolve this.

Hi @sonia_varghese

You need to enable the "Day CQ WCM Developer Mode Filter" under http://localhost:4021/system/console/configMgr/com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.WCMDeveloperModeFilter and reload your page.
