Not getting edit option when the component is nested within another component

Not getting edit option to the rich text which is within accordion collapse-- tabs -- rich text(this is a parsys)

Able to get the edit via conetent tree , but not showing this by default in author mode, Is this fixable?

    Got a solution, The issue was with the structure , was missing a parsys before accordion. 

    accordion collapse--parsys(tabs) -- parsys(rich text)

    I tried my self in a new instance and its working absolutly fine for me.

      @manu_mathew_ I tested this in my local system and its working fine for me. Are the components alinged properly? Only thing i did to author  the text component to use the 'Select panel' option in the accordion and select the section to section

        it works for single child probably, in this case it is parsys inside tabs inside accordion collapse.

        its working if parsys inside tabs/accordion.
