Ok button on dialog not working

the ok button doesnt seem to work, the dialog doesnt even close. The ok button will only work when I delete the Navigation List Field

im using sightly by the way, this tutorial i have followed

Coral UI multifield in AEM 6.3 + sightly + JS Use api

still not working though...

it only works when there are no child multifieldcollection dialog like this one

but if i add a child multifieldcollection below it doesnt work, like this one

is Navigation Chlid List has required attribute true ? If yes, then first set it to false
