Package Share is not working - https://www.adobeaemcloud.com/content/packageshare/tools/login.html

But cannot able to login with my Adobe ID. Although I can login into Adobe.com.

Is the service for Package share is down?

Package share works fine for me.

Go to the any of the AEM instance and use <host>:<port>/crx/packageshare/index.html to login to package share.

If that does not work, drop an email to cuscare@adobe.com
