Personalization Not working as expected

Hi Everyone,

I was going through the Personalization article published https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/personal61.html. 
Using the templates which are present I have created the attached campaign but every time the Mac page is getting shown, I am not able to see the windows page even if I login with a windows interested user.
 
Also find the screenshot for the user for which windows page should load.

Only difference is that the article deals with a custom type "ostype" where I have used "interest" as deciding factor.

 
Am I missing something? Could you please help me with the same.

Figured out the issue.

This is not working because the client context is not loaded properly in my application
