Possible to move Collections from one AEM Assets instance to another?

Migrating from MS to Cloud Services.  Is there a way to copy/move Collections from MS to CS?  Identical structure and assets as we just migrated all data and assets into CS.  Would hope not to have to re-create all collections.

@jimpresley You root folder must be under /content/dam/collections. It will also have all of your earlier references.

Thank you, Imran.  I thought about doing exactly that but do not know what nodes contain the required data.  The link you provided only shows Collection management in UI, not the underlying structure of hwre it is contained to make a package from.
