problem with rich text editor in CQ5.4

Question

Hi,how can i add multiple styles to rich text editor styles drop down.how can i remove the css styles off the text then.i am using CQ5.4.

1) Adding multiple style to drop down follow [1].

2) To remove the style from text

click into the word that has style and then hits the 'x' icon to clear the style
