Processing issue of uplaoding asset in DAM

Even after 5 minutes of uploading, image is not getting processed. Only after refreshing the page, thumbnails are getting generated for the assets.

There is no auto refresh as far as I know, you will have to refresh the page to see the thumbnails and the processing banner then goes away

Yes i guess it is the expected behaviour by AEM 6.4 .Well Thanks smacdonald2008 and amitgupta.adbe for the help :)

No error as such. I checked in the error.log and request.log files and an info regarding some fonts which AEM is not able to find is visible in console. Could that be the issue leading to the processing state of uploaded asset? If this not be the issue then what else i can verify on ?.. I tried uploading the asset in vanilla instance of aem 6.4 as well it behaving the same way and the asset is leading to Processing state
