Publisher Thread and heap dump files issue.

Hi @3664304,

 

Can anyone help me, Please how to resolve this issue. "The reason for the outage was due to the publisher becoming unresponsive. A restart of the publisher brought the application back to a healthy state, which in turn made the author and end-user sites again available. Thread and heap dump files were created while the publisher was unresponsive".

If you are looking to find the cause for publish outage with help of thread and heap dump created, make use of Analyzer tools to arrive at the same.
