Push Notification alert text

I need to change the push alert text for different languages:

"[APP] Would Like to Send You Notifications

Notifications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. These can be cofigured in Settings."

Is it possible to change it somewhere?

It seemes that the push notification alter dialog is taken from the system, so there is no way to change it.

I know there is a hacky way to change the Opt-In alert text by opening the unsigned .ipa and changing the strings in Frameworks->Analytics.framework->de.lproj->Analytics.strings, but I could find something similar for the push alert text.
