Regionalized offers donot work after target integration

Hello All,
We were using regionalized offers using context hub/segmentation.Offers were created using experience fragments.

We did a POC to integrate target on our AEM as cloud service instance. Once integration completed, context hub stopped working even in author environment.  We are not yet ready to move completely to target. Can you suggest how to resolve this issue?
