Rendering Cuts Off Quick Parts Field Data (Word Document)

We have a Word document with a number of Quick Part fields in it. In one of the field's there is a considerable number of entries and if a field has more than 7 entries (lines it looks like rather than plain text) then this gets cut off during the rendering process. This does not occur if rendered with other Adobe products. This does not occur when using a large amount of plain text with AEM.

Where is the current AEM environment hosted  ?  on-prem or cloud ?
