Replication privilege to user

Hello Community member - I have created a new group and assigned a user to that group. Now, I am trying to assign /bin permission to the group and user. For both /bin permission is disabled. how can complete this permission assignment?

Apply permission to Group only. Dont assign it to individual users. Also for the bin directory dont assing permission to entire directory. Apply based on the case based URLs for security purpose.
