side margin is displayed wrong

Hello everybody,

we got the situation, that we set the side margin inside the DPD2015-Layouttool to 0 dip.

But inside the app something like a side margin is shown:

On iOS it is on both sides (left/right) in black.

On Android it is only on the right side and white.

Anybody else who has this issue?

Is there anything i can do to solve this Problem?

Hi Lars, can you add ganci@adobe.com to your publication with limited permissions?  I'd like to see what's up since this should be fixed a while back.

Also, what app version are you using?

hi lars and andrei

i have the same issue yestarday.

layout with 12 columns, aspect ratio 1:1

gutters - 40

side margin - 40

ok        - tablet Nexux 9, android 6.0 and iPad 2, iOS 9.1

not ok  - iPhone 5C, iOS 9.1

if using:

gutters - 25

side margin - 0

works fine on all devices.

Hi Andrei,

gutter values are:

Gutters: 2dip

Side Margin: 0dip

Top Margin: 0dip

and we got 12 columns.

Tested on Nexus 5 & Nexus 10 on Android.

Hi Lars,

Can you tell us what gutter values you have set on your layout and how many columns? I suspect this could be due to a sub-pixel rendering issue.

Also what device did you use to view the layout on Android?
