Sidekick Missing Components

Having an issue where some users are missing components in the sidekick. It appears to only happen on a few pages even though there is only a single template. When we check the page in design mode all the components are checked they just don't show up in the sidekick. If we delete the page and make a new one, the components show up again. We tried clearing browser cache/clientlibs, deleting compiled jsp's, rebooting the server without any success.

Anyone had this issue and/or know what's going on? Any ideas what we can do to debug it?

Hi

Actually its not Browser or servers problem, the sidekick misses the component component in one of the following cases:

Either it takes earlier reference from /content/<your page name> or the jsp of your component results in error. So instead of deleting the complete page just remove the references of the components under /content
