Hi,

Can someone help me on how to make a whole sites page into an experience fragment? Thanks so much for the help.

Experience fragment (XF) is internally saved as a page. So, all the things that we can do on the page can be mirrored on the experience fragment. But, you might not be allowed to add forms component to it (As it may not be allowed by the template which XF is using). This is because the user who is creating the Experience fragment should not be having rights to configure the allowed components.

Refer this thread:-AEM 6.3 Experience Fragments for knowing how to create XF template.

Then would an adaptive form be made into an experience fragment? I know it is not a component by itself, but would it be possible?

An experience fragment is a collection of content grouped together - not a page. See Cedric's video for more information -- Adobe Experience Manager Help | Understanding AEM Experience Fragments
