Slash in Tag Title (6.1.0.SP1)

Hello,

We are using 6.1.0.SP1.

I've created a tag with slash in title (E.g. S/PDIF)

On the editing tag everything is OK, I see S/PDIF.

But, on tagging navigation slash is missed.

The same situation when we are using Tag.getTitle() method.

Is this a defect or expected behavior?

Hello,

 

I can see the same error on AEM 6.5 SP 20.

Can you please let me know if this is fixed. Thank you.

We have hit this issue as well, please let us know if there was a defect raised/any solution to this defect.

WHen i attempted to create a tag with a slash - a message states: 

In addition - i am not seeing any slashes in the Out of the box tags.

Hi Scott,

Please try to create tag with

title "S/PDIF"

name "spdif"

The problem is in tag title, not in tag name.

I am seeing your result - the slash is not showing up in the UI 

Also - in the docs: 

https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/content/tags.html

There is no mention to not use  slashes (/) in titles.

You can log a bug if you want. According to docs (as there is not mention this is not supported) - this should be working. .
