Still having Authentication Failed on author instance

Since many hours I can't fix the same error as It was asked in 2013 in the link bellow

Can't open  <server>:<port>:4502.

The blank page shows

"Authentication Failed" and the URL would change to:

http://mysite:4502/system/sling/cqform/defaultlogin.html?resource=%2F&$$login$$=%24%24logi n%24%24

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1063965

Tried every thing:

deleted some directories to make free space

Comment Out Authentication header in dispatcher.any

restarted Apache

restarted Adobe

reinstalled Adobe.

Haven't restarted the server, as it is remote, and I can't reach the IT.

Any help?

There are couple of reasons. You should go with checking configurations of  com.day.cq.auth.impl.LoginSelectorHandler & org.apache.sling.auth.core.impl.SlingAuthenticator

File a support ticket, organize call with support + IT (to verify aem launchpad healthness) + yourself.

You said you "reinstalled Adobe", did you delete your old instance and create a new instance?

Thank you for your reply.

The Adobe CQ both instances were working finely until that moment I imported DAM.

How much content did you import?

How did you import the content?

Did the Author instance crash during the DAM content install?

Or did it fail when you restarted?

This sounds like some sort of bug. I suggest opening a ticket so support can investigate.
