Support for AEM after 2023

Hi there,

is it true that AEM CQ5 will not be supported anymore after 2023? Will there be new versions coming out at all?

What does that mean to a company with let's say version 6.4? No more upgrading possibility?

Thank you so much!

@klaudiak25333695- As of 2018, AEM 6.4 is the latest version of Experience Manager and as per the EOL matrix at [1], it will be supported till 30/04/2023.

That being said, Adobe Plans to release AEM 6.5 in 2019 and tentatively a new version each year from thereon.

Support for 6.5 will be ending in 2024(tentatively) and so on for the new versions. EOL matrix will be updated to reflect the updated support dates once the newer version of AEM is released.
