Synchronizing AEM assets with MAC - Synching from Cloud down to local AEM instance not working

I am setting up a sync between the Marketing Cloud and my local AEM instance, following instructions laid out here:

http://docs.adobe.com/content/docs/pt-br/aem/6-0/administer/content/assets/mac-asset-sync.html

I am able to sync successfully from local to the cloud successfully, but not in reverse.  Additional assets added to the cloud do not come down to AEM.

I have two replication agents that were created when setting this up.  One is called reverse.  I think that's the one handling the downstream sync.  Regardless, both show active green and test successfully.  Attached is a scrubbed log entry from the reverse replication agent:

What do I need to fix to get new assets added to the cloud to sync down to their shared local AEM folders?

Thanks

This might be useful for anyone that has the same problem in the future.

Make sure that the Tenant field in the Marketing Cloud Config matches the first part of your domain.

"The Tenant field is the technical name of the organization. You are using the display name. In other words, the Tenant field has the first part of the domain name. If you provide the display name, synchronization work in one direction only."
