When I am using tabbed content, it doesn't let me add new tabs. I currently have to copy an existing tabbed content with four tabs already in there, and then rename them. Am I missing something about adding new tabs if I create tabbed content from scratch?

Not sure what might have been wrong with your component, can you please refer to core tabs component and check and post the package of your component if that doesnt help. Thanks.
