Hi,

You may need to create a custom plugin to for CF RTE.

Experiencing Adobe Experience Manager - Day CQ: AEM 62 - Touch UI Content Fragment Editor RTE Spell Check Plugin

For Component dialog it is already available and can be added by adding subsuperscript node but not for CF editor.
