Unable to access explorer

running aem 6.1 CFP10

If I go to /crx/explorer and then click on content explorer, it returns "not enough permission"

I am logged in as admin

Check when your on the link http://localhost:4502/crx/explorer/index.jsp

1. Check If UserId is anonymous or Admin? What written here?

2.  If it is anonymous try logging in again by clicking the hyperlink (Log In, right side) as shown in the image.
