Unable to purchase Adobe Experience

Hello,

 

We are looking to purchase Adobe Experience for our organization and we are having very little success.  We are getting the run around from Adobe as well as our reseller.  Our reseller is directing us to purchase from Adobe and Adobe is telling us to purchase from our reseller.

 

Please provide any recommendation of what else I can try.
