Unkown Resource in Inbox

I am facing issues with some user permissions issues. The problem is I have a couple of moderator groups restricted usage via a custom region property. One region group members should only see the inbox items related to that particular region. I am able to see the items of particular region but also other region items appear but in unknown resource title. How can i get rid of these items and show only the valid items. TIA!!
