How can we upload video (mp4 files) from photoshop creative cloud to workfront Adobe

This is an issue which is currently in progress. Please see the link below for the known issues and their respective status:

I am sure, you must have installed Workfront Plugin extension on your creative cloud app and not able to upload mp4 as a document.
