Where to buy button is disabled in product list view

I don't know why the where to buy button is disabled, any ideas?

Could you please give some background information about what AEM version, which component etc. would help to resolve your issue.

    Thanks for the reply, here's the AEM about screen:

    When i do hover on the edit view, shows that is a "Produc List":
