Why have /libs in sling:resourceSuperType?

Greetings,

sitting with the CQ5.6.1 upgrade and analyzes the updates. Notice that the component (libs/)foundation/components/adaptiveimag has the superType =  /libs/foundation/components/image.

Is there a special reason that this component has an absolute path to the foundation Image component and not the expected foundation/components/image?
