Looking for details on share/export segments from AEP to Adobe target which are in 2 different sandboxes.

Hi all,   I have implemented AEP for our ecommerce website(using Data Collection). When I debug the implementation using AEP Debugger ,I can see all commerce events. But when try to create segments or try to view events in real time (in profile "events") I can only see events for "pageviews", "linkclicks" and "productListViews". The implementation for all commerce events are similar.  Attached a network call for "productViews" event(not able to see in AEP)  and "productListViews"(able to see in AEP) Has anyone faced this, and are there any available documentation on how to achieve it?   Thank you in advance! @yuhuisg@vanibhemarasetty 

Hi, I am bringing in data from Adobe Analytics as a streaming source connector into CDP AEP. I have created a segment in AEP - only with Adobe Analytics data --> segment audience include Form abandon users->audience with event exists: Form Start    AND audience with event does not exists: Form Submit      Although these events will be captured as two seperate event records in Adobe Analytics, while creating a segment in AEP with these audience, I am able to see segment member. How is Adobe Analytics events working in this case? in the same Adobe Analytics cookies events, how are we able to track both together in AEP?  Hope this makes sense.

Hi!   Using Adobe Experience Platform with data coming from Adobe Commerce   We are looking to create a segment for Cart Abandons using the segment Builder The documentation suggests that cartAbandons is measured:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/data-collection/collect-commerce-data.html?lang=en   However, is there an event or mechanism that can be used to create a segment (using Segment Builder)?    

Hi folks   using XDM to ingest Web events data into AEP we noticed that the product SKU seems to be used to generate the Adobe Analytics "products" string which makes little sense if you have a numeric string instead of the actual speaking product "name".   Looking at the documentation here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/page-vars/products.html?lang=en it states "Product is mapped to productListItems[].SKU or productListItems[].name. If both XDM fields are present, productListItems[].SKU is used."   So easy fix you might think, remove the "SKU", keep the "name" and we are good... no really!   "The message can't be validated due to the missing required property: #/productListItems/0: required key [SKU] not found." 👍   Can anyone make sense of the documentation and tell me how to get the actual productListItem "name" into the Analytics products string if a product list item's "SKU" is mandatory, hence overriding

Hi All, Need your advice, we are using array object to store the indicators data like below,Now when 2 record are merging which are having the exact same data within their respective arrays , merged record in the profile store is having duplicate data in array coming from both the records. Hi, I have created a new destination using the SFMC API and I am trying to export segment data to this destination. However, I have noticed that there is no dataflow in place. I have ingested a few profiles that are realized in segments, but I see no progress in sending data to the destination.When monitoring the process, I also see no dataflows. It seems like nothing is happening. Can you provide any pointers on what might be causing this issue?Thank you in advance!  

Hi there, I'm trying to get Launch updated on a section of our website. We're just updating the old library to a new one, so it's just tweaking the embed code. The dev team have reported back that they're getting a bunch of 503 errors when they're deploying on localhost which is worrying them. I think this is somewhat expected because the tags (e.g. Twitter, Snapchat, Google Ads, etc.) need access to a web server in order to retrieve the necessary files. I've switched out the old library for the new one using the Experience Cloud debugger in a non-production envrionment and there aren't any issues. I'm wondering if this is expected, or if there's something I need to do in Launch to prevent this. Note, I don't want to add an exception to every rule to prevent it running locally, because that seems like overkill. Many thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to store form field values to session storage and access them on the thank you page, when form is submitted. I tried the attached code in Data Elements. But it's not working as expected. Meaning the values do not appear to be in session storage when i check on thank you page. Any suggestions on how best to do it? 

In this Adobe doc page this is mentioned: scOpen: Increments the ‘Carts’ metric. scAdd: Increments the ‘Cart Additions’ metric. etc But in this Adobe doc there is no reference of how to send these events.   So my query is that while sending these event from mobile platforms (say) Cart Additions events, do I need to map/change that event name into scAdd?

Hi,   I am trying to send some Segments created in AEP to Google Ads Destination. I have created connection with Google Customer Match and Google Ads for this. But while activating the segment, got an error. Please suggest how the Adobe's user identification IDs (such as Hashed ID/ ECID) is readable in Google destinations. Do we need any extra setup for IDs conversion?

Hello, I have a use case where I need to retrieve the real-time CDP profile of a customer, which contains both profile data and event data, using an API. I am aware that we have a Profile API that can fetch profile data or event data by passing schema.name as _xdm.context.profile or _xdm.context.experienceevent. However, I would like to know if it's possible to retrieve both profile data and event data in a single API call.

I wonder why in Step 5 on First-party device IDs in the Platform Web SDK | Adobe Experience Platform uses FPID as primary identifier, given order of priority will only enabled ECID during new cookie identification of user. ie. Step 5 : should only have ECID = 678 instead of FPID = 012 being used as identifier.

Hi All, In AEP destination dataflow, I have observed that the total count of Identities Activated > Profile received (see screenshot below). How is it possible because in both the Profile  & ExperienceEvent Schema I've defined only one Identity and that is customer ID and common namespace. So, anyone please help me to understand how it's calculated?   Note: From ExperienceEvent Schema I have linked relationship to one lookup class(orderid is the primary identity in lookup class)   Thanks, Shubham  

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to restrict the data pulled from the source connector. Currently, I have a table in AWS Redshift with approximately 250,000 profile records. However, my development sandbox license only allows for 10,000 records. Therefore, I would like to import only 10,000 records to test if everything is functioning properly. Unfortunately, I haven't found an option to limit the data during the connection process. One potential solution could be to create a new table and transfer 10,000 records from the original table, then link this new table to the AEP dataset. I'm curious if there's an out-of-the-box solution for this.  

Hi All,    Looking for your support on the AEP to Pega Customer Decision Hub connector. We have received the credentials(Client secret, Client ID ect) to connect with the Pega CDH and AEP is able to connect with the Pega destination when we add the credentials.  We have activated certain segments to the Pega CDH destination but we are getting the error "Authentication error reported while pushing events to the destination. Please check authentication credentials and try again"   Has anyone faced this issue before? or was able to successfully establish a connection between AEP and Pega CDH?Your response will be very helpful!Thanks  Ankita
