Hi all, I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out why a relatively simple tag is firing twice on the page. It's a gtag (google analytics tag) that fires on click of an anchor element with the telephone attribute. Hi, we’re trying to fetch profile & event details via API. To establish a connection with AEP, we are using token api to generate token which return CORS policy error. Please note this error occurs only when we try to access token api programmatically. With Postman, it works.   Token API End Point : https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/exchange/jwt/ Payload : { “client_id” : “<clientId>”, “client_secret”:”<clientSecret>”, “jwt_token”:”<jwtToken>” }   Error :  Access to fetch at 'https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/ims/exchange/jwt/' from origin '<origin>' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.   Thanks.

Hello all,We are using Experience platform connector Magento extension in our adobe commerce website which is providing the Adobe Client Data Layer.But it has some data missing like - Discount details, Voucher/Gift card details etc.Is there any way we can have those in the datalayer ? Hello,   We are working on edge segmentation. Our use-case requires both the server API as well as the web SDK for the edge data collection. My understanding was that the edge segments should get computed on the edge server and we should get the segmentMembership in the response to the interact call. But that is not happening. Is this understanding incorrect or am I missing any config?I followed multiple step-by-step tutorials and nothing worked.   Regards Abhishek

Hello,   We have a requirement to update the b2b_opportunity data using the HTTP API Source. It seems that there are two ways to do it:1. Include the payload header "msgType". Both the allowed values (xdmEntityCreate, xdmEntityUpdate) actually overwrites the data and thus we always need to send the complete payload. 2. Adding the payload header "payload.data". This doesn't work for non-profile entities.   Is there a way to achieve what we are trying to do here?   Regards Abhishek

Hello,   The error message is    Rule "Send Tracking Beacon" is invalid because its rule component "Adobe Analytics - Send Beacon" relies on an extension not included in the build   No indication of what extension is missing. Installed are Core, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud ID Service.   I'm just trying to get a MVP beacon for testing on a new site. Firing the beacon is the only rule. No data elements are configured.   Can someone give me a pointer on where to look for an answer, or what extension might be missing? I have reviewed the tutorials and 'getting started' pages and find no information on this issue.   Thanks.   mp

We are trying to connect ReactNative Mobile App with Assurance. We have the deeplink which opens an App. After connecting to Assurance, all analytics beacons in "Tracking Event" shows "Post-Processed Status" as "No Debug flag". Hello,   We are trying to create XDM Schema Design for the following data:   Table A: Contact_details Column Datatype person_id String first name String last name String   Table B: Account_details Column Datatype account_id String person_id String account_person_asc String account_type String   Relation between both the tables:   One person from Table A can have multiple accounts in Table B. It is basically a one-to-many mapping between these 2 tables.    We are trying to create a complete profile of a person with all the details corresponding to their accounts. We tried creating both the tables as Profile class as below:   Table A: Profile Class       Identities: PersonID --> person_id Table B: Profile Class       Identities:               AccountID --> account_id              PersonID --> person_id  

Batch Ingestion, by definition, means uploading the file (or set of files) to AEP in one single workflow or perhaps a one-time load. What are my options if we have a new file daily in the SFTP location? I did not find any setting in the SFTP connector to scan the location or path daily (or any user-defined time period) for upload. 

I have a use case where profile and event data are present in AWS Redshift database.  I created required schema using XDM profile, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile. Same steps i did for the event data i.e. Created required schema using XDM experience event, enabled the schema for profile and created dataset using schema , also enabled dataset for profile.   After batch ingesting the data using the existing AWS Redshift connector i see all the data in profile correctly however the event data related to the profile is missing. Both profile schema and event schema has the same primary identity linked to the same namespace.   I checked monitoring and I see success.  However one strange thing i noticed while ingesting event data (I see negative count of records ingested as attached below)     Any thoughts on why I am missing event data on profile ?

Hello guys,   I just ingested 5000 records where every record containes  1 primary identity into Data Lake and Profile. When I try to click on one of the identity namespace in the identity tab I noticed taht I have 4000 records under Records skipped. Any idea about the possible reason?Shall I execute some check?   Thanks

I am using the common analytics plugin to initialise getPageLoadTime & also setting some other cookies for prevPageName etc. It works on dev & stage but on prod gives below warnings   Cookie “TEST_AMCV_COOKIE_WRITE” has been rejected for invalid domain - all environments Cookie “s_plt” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “s_pltp” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “prevPageName” has been rejected for invalid domain.  Cookie “prevPageURL” has been rejected for invalid domain. Cookie “s_plt” has been rejected for invalid domain.  Cookie “s_pltp” has been rejected for invalid domain   Not sure whats causing this but the eVars for page load time, prev page name/url  which works on dev & stage doesn't work on prod now. Would really appreciate some help in understanding this issue & resolving it.

Hi there,   I came across this really useful query: select * from profile_snapshot_export_XXXXX where segmentmembership['ups']['195329af-1df-49f0-993a-4d3495132e6'].status IN ('realized', 'existing','exited') from this community post: Post    When I run the query, it satisfies my basic needs of knowing who is in the segment. Though I do have couple questions: What is "UPS" as mentioned in the query? Here is a sample response from running the query, I am not SQL expert, is it possible to:  Figure out what the fields are for the NULLs under the IdentityMap & SegmentMembership column, what would the query look like? Is it possible to only extract the UUID portion of the IdentityMap? How do I export this data as a CSV? Thank you!

I am trying to use optional chaining in the custom code part of a rule. It tells me that Optional chaining' is only available in ES11 (use 'esversion: 11').I have looked in the documentation and tried to figure out how to do this but i am stuck. If i could get pointed in the right direction or something to enable optional chaining in the custom code section i would appreciate it.

How to take a snapshot of a profile into datalake of adobe experience platform. Do we have any specific / standard way to do that, kindly let me know.

Before approaching customers , We want to see all their past activities on a mobile app so that we can understand them better. Right now all the details of the customers like their profile, activities, interactions, consent, orders, survey results are maintained in multiple AEP datasets(9-10).   How can we fetch a subset of this data(joining various datasets) on the mobile app on demand basis? (When we click on the customer on my mobile app). Since the data is real time and is changing frequently we want to make a fresh call to AEP to fetch the data. With Data access API , I guess its not possible to join various datasets and get the required data.        

Hi everyone!   I’m not a dev, so not in charge of the datalayer implementation but i’m debugging it. while creating my data elements, following all the instructions in tutorials and referencing to the computed state, I see my evars and events getting sent to AA correctly, however, my evars are populated with the %data element name% when set through the launch rule with even = my event.   What could possibly be the reason? if I inspect the source of the page I see the code of my event push, however it’s value has the name of the %data element% which I used to set the evar, while, if I call the adobeDataLayer in console I see the correct variable.   Thanks in advance!
