What can be practical use-case for that?

I am running into a problem when trying to use array notation ([*]) when using Data Prep mapping functions from within a calculated field.   Taken from https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/datastreams/data-prep.html?lang=en : This works fine if both the source and target contain array structures for the data (i.e. a simple mapping).  The only way I can get the same notation to work in a calculated field, again, relies on the source being in an array structure first (e.g., ${data.page.products[*].name} works fine in a calculated field as this represents a field name). However, another use case is converting an input string containing delimiters into an object array structure on the target side.  While there are Data Prep mapping functions that can be used to convert an input string into an array (split, explode, add_to_array, etc.), I cannot seem to create a calculated field that uses Data Prep mapping functions while s

Hi, I am ingesting some data from Amazon S3 bucket every 15 mins and i noticed that the data which is already ingested is getting ingested again and again as a separate row in the dataset. Is there a way to make sure that data already ingested is not ingested again?

Hi,We want to reset our DEV sandbox in AEP as quite a few schema, dataset, audiences are out of sync after a identity change in the platform. We want to reset the DEV sandbox because you cannot delete the schemas.  I want to understand what is the impact of this on other Adobe tools of same eco system specially on Data Collection/ Launch and AJO?Will all the existing configuration in Data Collection of DEV sandbox erased? What about the AJO journeys, campaigns, events, messages in DEV sandbox? will these go as well.What will happen to other tools like analytics, target, etc.Thank you in advance.

Hi, I was looking among the queries provided in the Query Service Api section for a possible API that allows me to execute a query. For example, I create the query on aep and through api I insert the query id of the saved query and in the api output I see the response (output) of the query. Is there a query that allows me this type of output? Thanks.

Hi, We are having standard client side implementation for our websites. We don't want to move AEP for now. Is there any other way to implement server-server side implementation under Data Collection? We want to collect the visitors data regardless of cookie consent. We are losing some sort of traffic by denying the cookies consent.

While going through this tutorial Offer Decisioning with the Platform Web SDK, we are getting this error in console.And upon checking payload, it seems the payload response from AEP Offer Decisioning Service is also empty, and this is causing above error. Does anyone know how to trigger offer decisions from WebSDK? Could you point me to the right(updated) documentation as this seems to be not working for many? PS: this is working through the APIs but not with WebSDK.

Hi everyone, We are currently in process of migrating the analytics implementation to Websdk approach and there is one use-case which we are trying to implement. Currently, we are not tracking users who rejected the cookies from OneTrust banner and we need to gather this details and implement via WebSdk approach but to capture limited set of KPI's.I wanted to know if it is feasible or not. Generally with ECID service extension, we used to get ECID and if we don't use that extension by default we get the Fallback ID (FID). However, in our case we are using WebSdk extension and to capture ECID we followed data prep method https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/web-sdk/accessing-the-ecid when user accepts the cookies. We need to capture the scenario when users doesn't provide the consent/reject the cookies but still want to capture with limited set/OOTB KPI's (Not with ECID but with any other ID). Is there any me

Hi team, I want to track how users scroll in the site and wanted to measure different milestones like 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% via WebSdk way not using traditional adobe analytics method where we add clear vars, set variables and send the beacon. Instead I only need to send WebSdk send event when user scroll through these milestones. I don't want to use time and scroll extension because this is not reliable and showing me incorrect results. Is there any javascript code to track the scrolls and how we can call it while sending WebSdk send event. Appreciate if anyone can assist it... Thank you

I thought it was a mistake, but my coworker told me that, it would execute the JS. I couldn't find any info online regarding this. I'm attempting to activate a destination, but I'm unable to locate a specific dataset that was loaded several months ago. The date filter only permits me to view data from the past 30 days, which prevents me from accessing the older dataset.

Whilst it's great to be able to see the number of outgoing events on Event Forwarding, I am currently unaware of any way to drill into these numbers and visualize how many events are being forwarded to each respective endpoint. Does anyone have a proposed solution?
