hi all, quick question - my understanding is that custom link values (for interactions) are mapped to web.webInteraction.name. Previously (in appMeasurement) it was not possible to set the pageName in s.tl() calls. Has this changed in alloy ? I am setting the web.webPageDetails.name in these calls as well, but it doesn't seem like we can break custom link values by pageNames in adobe. Would appreciate if someone could share their experience with the above. Thanks Also, is web.webInteraction.type compulsory with all non-pageview events ? Currently, I am setting web.webInteraction.type only on link tracking (activity map) and nowhere else. There is nothing explicit in documentation. Hi, I have a dataset "A" in one of my sandbox. The dataset "A" was visible till 5PM but disappeared or got deleted and I can no longer see it in my list of datasets. I have checked the audit logs. Looks like none of the users have performed the delete action. I need the dataset "A" to be up and running. Also, I want to recover the historical data in the dataset.Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi,We are using AEP Mobile SDK React Native Edge Bridge extension to send data from our mobile app to Adobe Analytics. Since Edge is used, Data Stream is also configured.We would like like to know, given our use case is AA only, do we need to turn on Geo/Network look up and Device Lookup?As based on my understanding, AA has its own lookup mechanism based on IP address and User Agent.Thanks,John

I got a concern for mapping attributes of an audience that will be pushed to facebook. I have an audience that contains users with mobile number and email address. Some have mobile numbers but not an email, some have email but not mobile numbers and some have both. Question is -> If I select the source fields as email and number, it will only push profiles that contains both source fields? Should I create separate segments one with numbers and exclude email address, another with email address and exclude mobile numbers and a last one of users that have both?

While initializing the SDK, we are facing an error that says "Cannot read property 'sendEvent' of null" . Does anyone know about this issue? We are following the github repository https://github.com/adobe/aepsdk-react-native#installation

Hi,  I have created a new events type schema as an addition to already created and working/enabled XDM data model (B2B model).. I used custom field groups for the new schema and to add the new schema to existing system, I used a common identifier and Identity namespace.. After enabling the schema and dataset and having 3 sucessful ingestions(post enabling schema and dataset), when I am building an audience (the fields from new schema are also available in the segment builder, with option set to "show only fields with data").. I am not getting any counts.. I have even verfied using Query service if my Ids are present in dataset and Took an Id field and searched for a profle.. A profile popped up and In it's Events tab, I see last 3 successful ingestions... Its has been close to 40 hrs and also the segment Job has run.. I dont understand why I wont get counts and why profiles wont get qualified.. Help please

I'm currently using the sandbox environment credentials provided by Adobe for learning Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). While trying to explore and set up API connections with these sandbox credentials, I encountered an issue where the APIs seem to be disabled for my account.Is there any way to connect to AEP APIs using the sandbox credentials, or is there another method I can follow to explore and learn the APIs? Any guidance or solutions to help me set up the API connection would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help!

Customer would like to implement CDP with Target using WEB SDK. However its www has lots of page views. Then he would like to not turn on Target on every page but only on some (to not generate Target network calls -> cut costs). I come up with the solution that on some pages we can use Datastream Overrides. It would be two datastream:1. First - Target turn on2. Second - Target - turned off The other solution is to implement Target using at.js and then turning it on only on particular urls. But then are we able to share audiences between Target and CDP?

Hi, Previously, we utilized a single DataStream and operated three services(AA, AT, AEP). Under this configuration, we observed target server call counts in the analytics reportsuite. To address this issue, we opted for a separate DataStream exclusively for the Adobe Target service. However, despite implementing this change, there has been no alteration in the data. Any suggestions on how to prevent the visibility of Target server call counts in the analytics reportsuite?

Hi everyone, We are currently migrating our analytics tracking from legacy way (Via Adobe Analytics extension) to WebSdk and I wanted to understand few of the use cases how it will get implemented. Since in Adobe Analytics, while creating rules we used to set variables, send beacon and use clear variable but while migrating to WebSdk extension we have to create schemas, data streams and when creating a normal page load rule we will send WebSdk send event within actions and call that XDM object (Create as a data element). However, I wanted to know in Adobe Analytics when we need to trigger few variables that will be specific to particular use-case we add conditions along with set variables but don't send beacon as we already send beacon in other global page load rule. For eg. for product pages I need to append two new eVars and we can add conditions and only set variables within action but via websdk how can we achieve it if I need to append the 3 new variables only for s

Hi all, I have a situation where the activity map is being trigger when a visitor interacts with the navigation menu. ie menu opening up / showing sub menus. These are the links which have the following href="javascript:void(0);" I would simply want to abort or cancel "sendEvent" requests programmatically (using example code snippets below). Now, the problem is that if you use something like the below in the callback, it results in rather ugly console log - example below. Could someone suggest a clean cut solution ? Dear Teas ,  I would like to know AEM 6.5 will support on Kubernetes (AWS EKS ) containers  Platform , we need to with the stateful set wit with the pod autoscaling .Here we have plane :  stagefull set   Dynamic storage class and PVC  EFS for shared data  we are mooning the volume to the pods containers  repository   logs tmpinstall  Here For Single replica its look working fine, bit for 2 replicas getting failed start the container. need help on the AEM Product. How can we do multiple jvms to access the same repo and need to write the content to shared repository.
