Adobe Experience Platform

I am facing an issue with our implementation utilizing Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics. We have a direct call rule configured in Launch which is fired from _satellite.track(). In our case, immediately after _satellite.track() is fired, the user is redirected to another URL. This means that in many cases, the request to Launch is cancelled by the redirect.We are currently relying on a setTimeout to give the _satellite.track() call some time to execute, but we are still facing issues. Our application is deployed in China, and under many circumstances the timeout is not enough. Increasing it would be one possibility, but it would mean poor perceived performance for everyone where the call is fast.Is there any way to register a callback for the _satellite.track() call, so that we know when it has actually finished, and we can redirect the user?

One of my love/hate things about Adobe Analytics is that there are many ways to do everything.   I watched this video here: Upgrading to Modernized Data Collection for Adobe Analytics with Web SDK - YouTube and it seems pretty straight forward.  Mapping the eVars and s.props is more or less the same as it was using the Adobe Analytics plugin. But I can achieve the same effect using the XDM schema Adobe Analytics ExperienceEvent Full Extension  I don't know what the pros and cons of each approach is though. The first one is more familiar I suppose, but the second seems like it would mesh better with other data sources, I could send it to AEP.  So which approach is better, assuming I still want to send data to Adobe Analytics now, but may want to send data to AEP in the future. Or do I need to retag when I go to AEP? Thanks!

Hi,Actually I need to create an event for checking how many Pincode check have been done on website, and how many Pincode success done on the same. Looking for options if we can configure different CRON schedule for different batch audiences (Lets assume custom schedule is always more than 24 hours). When below request was sent to create a schedule for a specific audience, it is throwing error response as below. I read somewhere that Edge keeps user profiles for 14 days. Does this mean that all profile attributes are kept there for 14 days? Hi, I am currently migrating from appMeasurement to Web SDK and would like to keep mapping the ECID value to Adobe Analytics (and now to have it set in a custom field of the new created schema). I could see there are 2 suggested methods for doing this, which one of them is recommended. The recommended method is via Data Prep, but I couldn't manage to find the information about the data selection step previous to the mapping in this functionality. When it comes to define the incoming data, what kind of JSON data structure am I supposse to paste or add? Can you give me an example? I checked this post where a user had the same issue, but I couldn't find the answer I am looking for. 

Hi Community,  i have some doubt regarding file name specification both when ingesting data from a cloud storage and exporting full dataset.  1. When configuring a cloud storage connection we provide a file or folder name: when we specify file name it means that the storage should deposit always a file with the same name right? if we specify a folder name a new file (with different names) can be deposited when needed and we have no problem right?  2. when we export a dataset to a cloud storage we provide in the connection a folder name. when export is finished we find new files in that folder? or now folder containing each one a new file? standing at the documentation it should be like this. not a new file in the parent folder but a new folder containing a file  thanks!

Hello, does anywone know why is it possible that i see the Adobe Analytics lifecycles firing from an app (latest Adobe Experience sdk https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/ ), buti don't see them populated in Reports and Workpacethey are popupated inside the Adobe Mobile Services reports. I have already enabled app management https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/mobile-management.html?lang=en#app-management. What can cause this problem? Thank you in advance 

I have problems with batch segmentation. Audience was set up more than 24h ago so the segmentation job was done. It shows multiple sample profiles but the total count is 0. Do you have similar issues? These are dummy users so its not personal data .....    

Is there any common rule when the segmentMembership is exported to destination and when is not? It depends on the type of destination or on the specific destination?

Hi guys, Situationfor a client, we have set up Adobe Experience Platform a year agoattached to this, we have Target, Analytics and Audience Manager Problembased upon AAM segments, we are now seeing client-side AAM segment forwarding requests to Facebook, even though the only consent category set is "collect" to enable the platform.Client-side pixelsent as soon as the user qualifies for a segment Datastream setup AAM setup in the datastream REMARK:As seen above, it's a noscropt=1 i.e., the Facebook library is not loaded, no cookies sent nor written, yet the request is going out.so from a legal standpoint, this is may be a gray area. However, I still think this behavior is not reflecting the consent I just sent.  Now, should Adobe not respect its own Adobe v2.0 consent categories?Or asked differently, if this seems to be not working, what keeps Adobe Analytics event forwarding from sending data as well? Please can anyone from Adobe give a stat

Hello everyone, I have a question related with Adobe Target.I am working on an e-commerce website where each product has unique SKU value. Also these products can have different variations (in terms of color, sizes etc.) so these variations are also having unique SKU value and are represented with a square icon in the main SKU page.I want to do an AB Test where my Test experience should run on selected SKUs.I am including these selected SKUs in Audience library. Here is the implementation:When my Test campaign loads on Product page, it checks the current page's SKU in Audience. If the current page's SKU matches with the one listed in Audiences, then it loads the experience (means executes the code written in Adobe offer). If not then it doesn't load the experience. Now here is the problem statement:When we click on any variations, we don't have any way to check if these variation's SKU matches with the ones listed in Audiences or not since on click of these variations, Target
