Hi there, I am looking to create a source and reference schema as per this article: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/xdm/tutorials/relationship-ui.html?lang=en#create-a-relationship-field-group,. For the reference schema, it will be have a dataset which contains the detailed information about each of my offers (offer name, id etc.), the primary identity between the two schemas is "offerID", and I have created a new class called "Offers" for it.        I planned to stream data into the reference schema as we are sourcing the data from our CMS webhook. So far I can confirm everything on the CMS side is configured correctly and I can even see the correct payload + http 200 response to the HTTP SOURCE API endpoint that I created for this.  However, despite the http 200 success response, I do not see any data coming into the dataset. It would be a 10/10 experience if Workfront notification would BULK notification tied to the same project. Almost using the parent task approach to do so. With workloads increasing and resources on the decline I for see this being helpful for any workers utilizing Workfront.@workfrontad

Hi,I have a use case where I have Hashed Email of employees and Company Id. A- Can only Hashed Employee Email serve as a primary ID? Or will it create issues later?B- Or do I need to combine Hashed Employee Email with other ID's (like Company ID which I have also got in sample data) in data prep to make it more unique and use the appended value as a Primary identity? Which combination above will be better?Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have a question about ExperienceEvent Schema design regarding how to handle one unique identity across 1 XDM Profile Schema and 2 XDM ExperienceEvent Schemas. Let's say that the unique identity of the XDM Profile Schema is labeled "COMPANY_UNIQUE_IDENTIFIER". Can I use "COMPANY_UNIQUE_IDENTIFIER" in 2 separate ExperienceEvent Schemas, that both use "COMPANY_UNIQUE_IDENTIFIER" as a primary key, or would this mess up Profiles? Thank you all in advance!

Hi Team, Do we have any Core AEP Health Check Endpoint readily available which can be used by customer to check periodically before ingestion to AEP? This will be used as a standard process for their E2E maintenance activity /  Health Check. 

Can someone explain me how to find out the dataset or table that can help me to find out the potential target group for the offer / journey / campaign in order to do the reporting? In other words I'm looking for how to capture the customer who has been used in the offer / journey / campaign so that I identify the potential target group to compare with my conversion rate.  

Yesterday I found that there were email addresses shared between unique IDs, so I changed a schema by unchecking the "Identity" of an email attribute, which was causing the identity to attach to a few others.When I checked this morning for 1 sample profile, I saw that the identity remained stitched to multiple other identities. Since then I have disabled and deleted the datasets causing the erroneous stitching, but the identity is still messed up.How can I go about resolving this issue?

In Launch, I setup Rules to have a custom HTML code which needs to be in HTML <head> element.When I publish it, I can see the custom HTML code is added at the bottom of the HTML output right before closing </body> tag. How can I configure this to be inside <head> ... </head> section? Thanks!

Hey all, when I am using the debugger everything works except viewing the edge transactions which require me to be logged in. But when I try that, the newly opened window cannot resolve the proper DNS. Can you please provide a fix for that.

When using web sdk, can we set the below logic - If datalayer object say "xViewed" = "Yes" when X banner/component has been viewed, then fire event1 i.e. XViewedBut if value = No, then don't fire the event.Also xViewed is available on the datalayer for a pageview event i.e. there is no event in the datalayer/ no new payload when X banner/component has been viewed I believe that an xdm data element and launch rule need to be set for the event page view but how can we set the "xViewed" event when value of the datalayer element is 'Yes'How do we configure this when using Web SDK? Thanks @yuhuisg  

Hi All,   Assuming that we have a web site for telco industry where every subscription has its own account ID. This account ID is obtanied by merging N user account ID. For example user account id1 +user account  id2 = account ID. Assuming that we want to target with offer at user level (1:1) and on the same time tracking at account ID level   Anyone can recommend if account ID  should be Non People Identity or Cross Device Identity and set up as secondary identity with user account ID as primary identity? Or Any other possibe approach? For your information we have a User Account schema with Primary ID = user account id  Thanks Luca

We are planning to enable the BYOK encryption key to experience platform. If there is an issue in this enablement we know that this process is irreversible. After enabling the key if the data goes un accessable, what is the recovery plan for this from adobe. Any experienced individual could please help on this!

We have 6 staging environment (01-06) and published libraries several times.And this time we created new environment - staging 07.As we didn't know proper way to add library to newly created environment,1st we created new library and clicked "add all chenged resources" button.Deploy Adobe Analytics to a dev environment | Adobe AnalyticsBut nothing happened because all changed resources were published via different staging environment.So 2ndly we add some vital resources (some rules and some data elements and all extensions) to newly created library and bulit to develoment.  But no logs fired.Lastly we removed all resources from the library (like attached image) and it did work!My question is what is the proper way to add library to a newly created environment.And is there any reference we can make regarding this?we don't know the last one is the proper way or because it takes some time to take effects after buildling so it worked just after the last one by coincidence.Thanks

Hello,I've been using this document to setup the Web sdk extension on my Tag -AEP web sdk-Ingest streaming data .In the section-Add web sdk extension,it asks to set the CNAME. I'm using AEM cloud to check the results of my tag property-https://author-p14003-e30147.adobeaemcloud.com/content.   instead of luma website-enablement.adobe.comNow as per the document,they have configured data on the domain enablementadobe.com because of which they are using data.enablementadobe.com as the CNAME . I tried using data.adobeaemcloud.com but i got "405" as the response in the header.Then I tried author-p14003-e30147.adobeaemcloud.com  but then I got "403" as the response. I'm unable to get the web.webpagedetails.pageViews results due to this.Can somebody help me on giving the CNAME while setting up the Web SDK extension.       

We created a mobile property for Launch but it does not work correctly. In Charles I can see only these path URLs which don't look right to me https://assets.adobedtm.com/17abb0d42a9b/b951414f1e35/launch-dc5ac5a17ed1-rules.zipI enabled Mobile Core, Profile and Adobe Analytics. However, it seems that something is missing.  How can we troubleshoot? We do not use AEP, we have standalone Adobe Analytics product, so we implement as SDK integration via solutions-specific endpoints.    

I know how to track link click using click event  using css selector in adobe launch. But I am trying to get a custom code that can be used in adobe launch to listen for link click and then get link name from that link and store it in evar and prop and custom link name. Can somebody throw a code just link that? Actually I am challenging myself to make use of custom js code.

Hi Team, I'm having trouble with a case where I have to apply the data prep function for a couple of the fields during the batch API ingestion process.Not found proper document regarding the same.Could someone please assist me with this? Thanks,Yogesh 

The debugger is capturing only the first letter or digit of each field on the page. I can't find consistency in when and where it occurs but my associate Melissa experienced the same thing.
