Adobe Experience Platform

Hi Team, We have a Streaming Data source connection of Adobe Analytics into CDP. Data has been ingesting in CDP every hour since last year (no WebSDK). But today the data has stopped ingesting. There seems to be no error message in UI, in workflows > Target Dataset is also correctly mapped, in Adobe Analytics, the required report suite is also showing the data for the day.  I checked in CDP > Monitoring, selected streaming header > there I could see the Batch IDs and Record count of Batch of every hour for today, but the same is not populating in Dataset. Please suggest. Thanks.   

Hi, I'm trying to understand if we can implement 2 different launch properties on the same domain. We need to rebuild our analytics so the old launch property will have old tags (w/o Web SDK)  and new property will have the new tags for Web SDK. But we need these both to coexist for a certain time period for data validation & comparison.As per https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/should-we-use-adobe-launch-script-of-web-property-created-for/td-p/403192,it seems that is not possible. Also we're using the self-hosting download option for the launch library.Is there another way to action this where we can have the old launch property sending data to a different report suite and new property sending data to new report suite at the same time? Thanks 

How can I point my Safari browser to view an Adobe Launch development environment so that I can conduct UAT testing before releasing the code to the production environment? 

I'm new to AEP web sdk extension. Till now, I've been using adobe analytics extension in launch to set variables, send beacon and clear variables.Now, I want to migrate to using AEP web sdk extension. I've followed adobe tutorial to create xdm schema, datastream, installed web sdk extension and then used it to send Event and then tested the data inthe debugger. The xdm schema has evars, props, hierarchies and lists.In order to send simple events like pageview and link click or complex events triggered on conditions,  and product string, I've been setting them in the custom code 'open editor' option in the 'set variables' action using the adobe analytics extension. When migrating to web sdk extension, how to proceed for this? What steps to follow? 

Hello everyone!In our website, we used to use the same environment (development script) for both our development and quality websites, both using the same report suite. However, we are trying to fix some errors and decided to correct that. Therefore, we kept the quality website with the development script since we did not want to lose the data and previous tests, and in the dev website, we replaced the development script for the staging. Thus:development website: staging script quality website: development script production website: production scriptWith that, we created a new report (copying the evars and setups from the suite), inserted it in the adobe analytics launch extension, and published everything (flow) to the production.However, we are getting this error:   and the link is as not found.What could be happening?

In AEP While using the api for retrieving batch information getting status code 403Tried Data ingestion api works fine with same header information. Can anyone please help on this.  

We need to create pop up in which there are two buttons 'Done' & 'Do it later'. If user clicks on 'Done' then pop up will never be shown to the user whenever user visits the page again.We have tried capturing user click on done button by using two approach :1.Session storage approach : User opens the website in one tab and clicks on done button and then opens the website in the next tab keeping the first session active then pop up is shown again.2. Local storage approach: Using this approach the above issue is solved, but if the user clears the cache and cookies then on page visit up is seen again.But we want that pop up is never shown to the user once done button is clicked.

We are trying to link Adobe Launch to Google Ads and send conversion data to Google Ads from Adobe Launch. We installed the Gtag extension using Google Ads account ID, and set up actions on Adobe Launch also using Google Ads conversion labels to send data to Google Ads.But I get the 403 error as shown below. What would be causing this issue?Do I need to set up something differently on Google Ads? 

Is anyone familiar with event forwarding? One of the developers on my team is trying to access it, but looking at the prerequisites, and a bunch of other documentation pages, it sounds like we need to have web SDK enabled first. I would appreciate if you could please clarify the inherent reporting capabilities of the Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer without Customer Journey Analytics.We currently utilizes Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics. With the addition of Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, but not Customer Journey Analytics, I am seeking to understand what specific functionality Customer Journey Analytics provides that will not be available.Your insights into the distinct features of Customer Journey Analytics absent from the other Adobe solutions would be greatly appreciated.

When creating adobe launch rules (set variables, send beacon, clear variables) with adobe analytics extension, we can add events in the set variables action (in UI) and also in the custom code open editor based on conditions. We can also add product string in the launch rules. When migrating to the AEP Web SDK extension, I choose 'send event' action type. How can I add custom and complex events when using SDK extension? Also, how to serialize events and add product string in the rule?

Hi All, I have few questions related to data security in AEP. 1. Is there a mechanism in place to obfuscate the data within datasets associated with a particular profile immediately after the customer revokes their GDPR consent. 2. I would like to inquire about the scope of data deletion when using the privacy service API. Specifically, does the API remove the entire customer data from datasets, profile store, and identity service with a single call, or does it only target the data that has been explicitly labeled via data usage label. Hi Team,I'm using AEP Web SDK to send the page views and integrations into the AEP and to CDP by enabling profiling on the schema and Data set.I see my profiles are merged with primary identifier ECID and secondary identifier (user variable) My question is, Should I see the Events data under Profiles (Customer->Profile->Event) ? if  the answer to see the event data is yes, then I'm not seeing them. Is there a configuration I need to make sure to populate the events?

Greetings! This is my first time asking a question in the community. 😊Im trying to find a solution for inputting marketing plan/campaign data from our marketing team (channel, campaign type, campaign name, description, start date, end date, etc), then attaching it to a campaign/journey. When the audience is executed in that journey/send file (EM, DM, SMS) contact history is recorded for that profile utilizing the marketing info input earlier. I want to be able to see this info within RT CDP AND extract this campaign info and associated profiles out to another system for our agents.  I can’t figure out if there is any Adobe product that can do this. We just got started on Real-time CDP and AJO, but this is a missing link in our process. thank you in advance! 

I have many rules setup and each rule is generating each server call and causing many page views. How will i change so all generate 1 page view and have data for all in one server call. Each rule has a direct call.

We have the following setupGlobal Org - AEP, Analytics, Target Regional Org - AEP, TargetWe would like to send the mobile interaction data to Analytics in the global instance and AEP in the regional instance. Currently mobile core is configured with appid specific to Launch under the global instance.//MobileCore.configureWithAppID("global_environment_id");We would like to configure Mobile core against the regional instance as well.//MobileCore.configureWithAppID("<regional_environment_id>");Is this supported? If not, is there any other way of sending interaction data to multiple orgs using AEP Mobile SDK.TIA
