AJO Journey update profile values not reflected

Hi,

I have a journey which updates 2 profile attributes one after another, when I see journey report it shows all values updated but in actual profile I see some times those values are not updated. Journey is triggered by an event and I don't see updates are always consistent. Any way to troubleshoot this or resolve this issue?
