I am new to Adobe Journey Optimizer. However I am well acquainted with Adobe Campaign Classic.  In Adobe Campaign Classic I could divide an audience into segments and then reference those segments as variables to create dynamic within an email. I could also pass that segment name/ID to the email reporting logs. The advantage of this is that I could create a 1:N relationship i.e. one email but report at the segment level. This avoided having to create multiple emails.  How can I create the same with AJO? Note: the business has decided against using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. As a result they have created a custom action to capture email send logs that is position after the native AJO email activity. This will form part of the business's solution to feed this data into a external reporting solution. I want to know how we can enhance this current solution to avoid creating multiple emails for reporting purposes. Hi all, I want to create an audience of profiles that matches the following conditions: profiles who entered a specific journey in last 30 days OR profile.variable1 OR profile.variable2 - This audience will be used to trigger a recurrent journey that communicates an specific offer if the profile matches any of those conditiones described above. Note: The journey used as a condition is triggered by a unitary event How can I identify those profiles who enetered that specific journey? - I understand JourneyVersionId is available to use as condition to create an audience but that is not ideal since it will change everytime a new journey version is created...is there any other way to do it? Appreciate any help.  Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent ask so a quick response would be appreciated. I’ve run into an issue while making requests through Custom Actions in AJO and wanted to check if anyone has a solution or workaround. When passing a full URL into a Custom Action, AJO appears to modify the request URL by inserting its own variable values into the delimiter. For example, if we use an endpoint such as: https://my-instance.com/content and we try to append a parameter using a semicolon, AJO automatically inserts a slash before the semicolon. Similarly, when we attempt to pass query parameters, AJO rewrites the endpoint and adds encoded characters like % values, which changes the final request URL. Is there a recommended way to prevent AJO from altering the structure of the URL, or a best practice for handling parameters in Custom Actions so the URL is preserved as intended? Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm working on creating various target dimensions to use in my Orchestrated Campaigns. During this process, I noticed there is an OOTB 'Recipient' schema, but it isn't available as an option when setting up a profile target dimension. Since this schema is relational and linked to profiles, shouldn't it be possible to create a target dimension based on it? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks,Sumanth

Has anyone tried using AJO landing page feature for subscriptions flow using radio buttons and drop downs in the form ? I see this as a limitation that AjO subscriptions form only have text fields or checkbox. Is there any custom work around for this in AJO?

Hi,I have to schedule a campaign in Adobe journey optimizer for specific date on hourly basis. For ex. On 20th November I have to start sending campaign from 1 PM to 5 PM on hourly basis. How do I do that?

Hi Team, I have created a test journey for a PoC to test a scenario where email 1 is being sent to a customer but due to capping rules (channel/frequency capping) the email doesn't get sent as for the user the quota of emails for the day is already exhausted.How can I re send the email again tomorrow ? I'll have to create a logic to check whether the profile received the email 1 or not, but how to check that in condition ?I can't use the action id of the node because the person must have passed through that node even after the capping rule.Check the image attached for reference.

Hi,I’m struggling to get an accurate count of customers who actually received a specific journey message. I tried creating an audience using the journey version ID or journey action ID, but the numbers are always wrong. I was told this happens because if the journey has multiple comms (e.g., 2 emails + 3 SMS), customers who receive more than one get counted multiple times.I’m working with both one-off campaigns and journeys that trigger regularly (e.g., every 15 days), and I just need a clean list of customer IDs who received the communication.Is running a Query Service query against the tracking datasets (email/SMS) really the only reliable way to do this? And is there any way to turn this into a reusable audience in AEP?I have access to SFTP and using that to get csv file..Any advice or examples would be appreciated.

I am working on configuring an Arabic subject line for an email in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). When I copy and paste the subject line into the AJO subject field, it does not render correctly and the text order appears altered. The subject line includes a combination of Arabic and English text, numbers, and an emoji/icon. I have attempted to resolve the issue by using HTML and JSON code to enforce right-to-left (RTL) formatting, but these methods have not been effective.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution for ensuring proper RTL rendering in AJO subject lines that contain mixed languages and symbols? Any guidance would be appreciated.

What is the main difference between Optimize (New Update) and Condition activity in the orchestration in AJO ?We see experimentation in optimize which could have been achieved by percentage split earlier. And Similarly the Targeting Rule path could be created using data source condition.What is the significant difference between these options ?

AJO guardrails of engaging customers upto 90days once they enter in the journey. Is there any hack or work around if customer needs to be engaged for longer period of time ?I m trying to think of converting read audience based journey into trigger based journey so event attributes can be accessed for personalization. However the some of the conditions in audience goes beyond 90 days of their initial event trigger. 

Hi all, We have a live journey which is triggered by a unitary event, and inmeditaley after is followed by a condition activity that checks a couple of profile attributes (to serve as a filter) to only allow Friends&Family profiles to continue the journey.  The issue here is that we're getting HTTP 429 error in the condition, resulting in a big number of profiles being discarded. Do you have any suggestion/explanation on how to resolve this? Here's the condition used  (fictional): (#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile.customerId} == 'Test-xxx') or(#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile.customerId} == 'Test-yyy')

Hi Everyone, excited to be part of this awesome community. I have my first question:I need to confirm if a user has explicitly opted out of push notifications (either via device settings or an in-app preference center). Especially after sending a Push campaignWhere exactly in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) interface can I check a profile's current push opt-out status? Is it seen as a specific field/attribute on the individual customer profile (and if so, what is the attribute name)?Or is it only reflected in the Push Notification failure/bounce metrics in the Journey reporting?

Hi everyone, The Web Channel is working when used in Campaigns — I see the message display correctly in my SPA.But when I trigger the same Web Channel via a Journey, nothing appears in the app.I configured a webevent and trigger that event in journey. The profiles are entering into journey but nothing appers in app.I checked with debugger and dev tools , i observed the server is responding but not client.FYIWhat could be causing the message to work in Campaigns but not when coming from a Journey?Any tips or things or I might have missed in the Journey setup? ThanksAJODev  

Hi All,I was trying to copy nodes from 1 journey to another. I was able to do this by selecting required nodes using ctrl+c ( many times ) and then using ctrl +v to paste in the final journey.Its working sometimes( after restarted ) and sometimes not. But when ever I copy I was able to see the json for the copied objects. is it related to browser cache or ajo issue? or how can I resolve this?I was also going through a future improvement where we could save nodes in a journey and then re-use them as needed.Thanks

Hi, I was experiencing an issue getting everything to work, and it was only resolved after addingMobileCore.updateConfiguration({ 'messaging.useSandbox': true }).However, after submitting my app to TestFlight with this value set to true, I started receiving a Provider Error when sending push notifications to the audience.My question is: If I set this variable to false, will push notifications work correctly in the TestFlight build?

Can we update throttling setting for multiple end points in Single postman request? Eg : I am calling system A, System B and System C in my journey through custom actions and want to update all in single postman call. Is it possible. if yes, can someone please share sample postman body with multiple endpoints along with official adobe documentation link?

Hi, I'd like to create a condition for today's sends for an specific campaignVersionId:  I know I can build this using Batch Audience but I need in kind of streaming or real time. How can I achieve my goal? Thanks.
