Audiences disappear when using the folder feature in AJO

We have experienced that when trying to move a audience into a folder in ower folder structure in AJO the audience can disappear - not been stored, and is gone. It happens most when a audience is new - when moved its gone/deleted - and must be created again. Could it be that the store process to the database is "to slow" and the move operation dont understand what to move. Strange that this can happen. Any one else that has experienced this behavior in AJO.
